Using The Provided Press Releases – Important To-Dos

  1.  Download (or Save) each Word document to your Desktop.
  2.  Delete the portions that appear in RED.
  3.  Carefully fill-in-the-blanks on the press release(s) you intend to send.
  4.  Press releases are typically spaced as shown (double spaced for the body).
  5.  Headlines can be centered and BOLD.
  6.   Proofread carefully to make sure you have completed everything (& removed all the ( ) marks)

Generate Local Radio Guest Appearances (AEP 2021)

NEW FOR 2021.  If you have local radio stations that broadcast Public Service shows (usually Sunday morning) or have local morning shows, call the station.  Ask who to send an Email to with a suggestion for information that can benefit their listeners.  Then personalize this email and send to them.
