Cancellation/Refund Policy: If you must cancel for any reason, notify us in writing by trackable means (FedEx, UPS or Certified Mail) by August 2, 2021 to receive a refund minus a $200 cancellation fee. Because the conference can sell out and commitments to the hotel must be made in advance, NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations or no-shows received after 5:00 PM Pacific Time on August 2, 2021.
