2020 CONFERENCE UPDATE
Because of the Coronavirus, we needed to reschedule the 2020 conference. It will now be held in 2021. The new dates are June 2-5, 2021. The location remains the same.
This webpage should answer most of your questions. But if you have others, our emails are below. Stay safe … stay calm.

MOST ALL 2020 SPONSORS HAVE ROLLED THEIR SUPPORT FORWARD
INFO: Virtually all of the 2020 conference sponsors are supporting the 2021 event. We will plan a program that’s ‘bigger and better’ and we hope to see many of you there!
INFO: NEW DATES: Wednesday, June 2, 2021 through Friday, June 4, 2021.
LOCATION: Same location; the Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center in Schaumburg, IL.
RSVP: I paid for my registration; what are my options?
If you intend to attend the 2021 conference, it would be enormously helpful to us if you would agree to carry forward your registration. We pay fees to process credit card payments and refunds (between $25-$40 per-person) which adds up when you have 600-700 registrants.
OUR GUARANTEE: If you carry forward your registration …. we will guarantee to refund your full payment IF you need to cancel. Just notify us at least 60 days prior to the 2021 conference start date. PRINT THIS PAGE OUT. It is my guarantee to all – something I have shared with all our insurer sponsors.

We can only process a set number each day so please allow up to 30 or so days for processing.
INFO: Hotel room cancellations.
If you booked a room at the Renaissance (as part of the conference block) there is NOTHING to do. The Renaissance has already cancelled your reservation and you will receive an email from the hotel confirming the cancellation and the crediting of any deposits that may have been paid. The hotel says it could take as much as 30 days for the credit to appear. We are waiting for information from the Embassy Suites but I’m sure they will do the same.
NO CARRY OVERS: When our new room block becomes available, we will let all registered attendees know. You will have to make a new reservation,
If you booked a room on your own (outside of our block) you will need to work directly with the hotel to cancel.
INFO: If I am a speaker – will I be able to speak again in 2021?
Sometime in the early Fall, I will start working to make sure we have a great and relevant program. I would not cancel your registration. That will be an indication of your interest to speak. Thank you.
INFO: What will be the conference schedule for 2021?
We will have the agent day on Wednesday, June 2, 2021. That will be followed by the opening reception.
INFO: What about the Main Conference program?
Sometime in the early Fall, I will start working with key people to make sure we have a great and relevant program.
