Over the next ten years it is expected that 33.4 million individuals will turn age 65. The Medicare-eligible population will grow from 63.7 million (2022) beneficiaries to 77.4 million beneficiaries. Some 14 million more individuals will be added to the Medicare program over the next 10 years, a 22% increase. Beyond 2030, an additional 6.4 million are projected to be added by 2040.
The Association now exists to help agents who sell Medicare insurance be successful.
