What is the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance?
AAMSI was founded after our long-term care insurance organization. We advocate for the importance of planning for and understanding a consumer’s various Medicare insurance options. We also support insurance agents who market Medigap insurance. But, we decided that a membership fee would not be charged to insurance agents. Any research we conduct is made available free of charge online.
We do maintain the nation’s largest online directory where consumers can located Local Medicare Insurance Agents in their immediate vicinity. There is a charge for adding your listing. And, we do provide special benefits (such as marketing tools and information) exclusively to agents who are listed on the directory.
