Medicare Supplement Association Invites Agents To Be Listed On National Directory
Insurance agents who sell Medicare Supplement insurance are being invited to get listed on the national online directory of Medigap agents hosted by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI).

“Our Zip Code online directory makes it easy for consumers to find local Medicare insurance agents who will help them compare options and obtain this important coverage,” explains Jesse Slome, director of the Medigap trade group. The organization recently enhanced the leading national online directory where consumers can find local agents using a Zip Code look-up.
“We invite insurance agents who want to be found to add their listing,” Slome adds. “While we will never guarantee someone will contact them, we regularly hear from listed agents that consumers are calling and emailing as a direct result of being found on the Association’s listing.”
Over 13 million Americans currently have Med Supp insurance and some 18 million have MedAdvantage coverage according to AAMSI. “With 10,000 Americans turning age 65 every year, there’s never been more interest in insurance options,” Slome notes. “We are pleased when consumers use the online directory to find local agents and tell us how pleased they are with the resource.”
