Medicare Agent Marketing 2024
Based on feedback from agents listed on the Association’s directory, I have produced the 7 banners below. They are sized specifically for Facebook. Almost none of the producers responding to me use Instagram.
These are provided FREE OF CHARGE as a thank you to agents who list themselves on the Association’s directory. Please do not share them with others. Of course, feel free to encourage them to add their listing to our directory.
FOUR THINGS
- The banners focus on AEP (thus MA and PDP plans). If you are interested in some Medigap-focused banners, let me know.
- Unfortunately I can not create free ‘personalized’ banners with your name and info. You should add a personalized message that goes with the banner to get people to contact you directly.
- The banners and suggested text are designed to be generic. I have NOT submitted them for any CMS or compliance review. IF THAT IS A CONCERN – I understand. Please simply don’t use them (but thank you).
- Square banners I’m told will look better on mobile devices. Rectangular banners are the standard size Facebook says it likes.

TO DOWNLOAD
– Click (using your mouse button) on any one of the banner images (below). Some computers use the Right Mouse Button. Others the Left.
– A box should open on your computer screen.
1) “SAVE FILE” or “SAVE IMAGE AS”
2) SAVE to your Desktop (Give it a name, like MA Facebook banner)
3) CLICK OK (or SAVE).
– OR, you may be able to just CLICK ON THE IMAGE and drag it to your desktop. For those using Macs.
– IF YOU DO NOT SEE THE FILE ON YOUR DESKTOP, check at the top RIGHT of the web page. Look for an ARROW with a LINE under it. That’s where SAVED files go. Click on that and drag the file to your desktop.
Repeat for each banner you want to use.

Suggested timing: Post around mid-September
Suggested text: MEDICARE NEWS 4U: Each year Medicare Advantage (MA) and stand-alone drug plans MUST send plan participants a Notice of Plan Changes. Experts predict 2025 will see some significant plan changes. Notices are sent out in September – so watch your mail.
