Free Bonus Day – An opportunity for Key Conference Sponsors

Reminder:  There will be no signage at the event for these private bonus sessions.  It is your responsibility to invite agents specifically to your private exclusive session.  This is an outstanding opportunity to meet with and directly communicate with agents in the immediate Chicago area.

We encourage you to e-blast them with invitations to attend.  Of course, your guests can also partake in the Agent Free Day program (8-3 PM) and access the National Medicare Summit’s exhibit hall.

DETAILS

You have a private ballroom space reserved exclusively for your use for the time
shown above.   Ballroom is 2,300 square feet. About 30 feet x 60 feet.
There will be a riser with a podium and a wired microphone. House sound only.

Rooms will be set for 120 attendees.
Room access for the 9:00 AM sessions will be 7:45 AM.
All free day attendees must leave the premises no later than 3:00 PM

You may bring signage for placement outside the ballroom doors during your session time.

ADDITIONAL A/V & FOOD

A/V:   The cost from the Convention Center’s AV company (Encore) including set/up will be $810 + tax and 25% service.  THIS WILL BE SPLIT BY THE COMPANIES REQUESTING.
