You registered for the Agent Free Day (September 8, 2021 – Schaumburg, IL) being held in conjunction with the National Medicare Supplement Insurance Industry Summit.
Here is important information to help you make the most of this day.
WHAT’S THE DATE AGAIN? Wednesday, September 8, 2021 (a 1-time only event for those near to Chicago!).
WHAT’S TAKING PLACE? You can choose from 30 different sessions featuring national Medicare sales and lead generation experts (they are all in Chicago to attend the national industry conference). You can walk the exhibit hall with 135 booth spaces (nearly 100 different companies).
WHERE IS IT TAKING PLACE? At the Schaumburg Convention Center and Schaumburg Renaissance Hotel.

COVID REQUIREMENTS – PRECAUTIONS: Masks are now required (per the Governor of Illinois) for all attendees. We just enlarged the Exhibit Hall by 50% and are spacing seating in the session rooms. IF you tested positive recently for Covid, obviously PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND. We will have videos available after.
WHERE DO I PARK? The Convention Center / Hotel have a large parking lot. Best of all, it’s FREE.
WHAT TIME DO THE DOORS OPEN? The program starts at 8AM. The Exhibit Hall opens at 8 AM. But feel free to come starting at 7:30 AM.
DO I NEED A NAME BADGE? NO! Do NOT stop at the Conference Registration Desk. That is only for those attending the National Conference (paid for registrants). Just walk on in. No Name Badges Needed for Free Day attendees.
WHEN DOES THE FREE DAY END? It ends at 3 PM. You can come for the full day (8 until 3) … or just pop in for an hour or two.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING? Lots of business cards. Many of the exhibitors have prize drawings and giveaways. A bag is always advisable. And we recommend a sweater or light jacket as some meeting rooms can get chilly.
IS ANY FOOD SERVED? Not by the Association (after all it’s a free day). Some of the insurers will have coffee in the Exhibit Hall. There’s a coffee shop in the hotel. Feel free to bring a snack, a bottle of water or more.
