Tuesday, June 12 – 100% FREE ACCESS.
Doors open at 8 A.M. — Free Day concludes at 3 P.M.
Come for an hour … or come for the full day.
From the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI), the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.
Why is there no cost?
It does sound too good to be true but it’s not. We organize the nation’s Medicare Supplement insurance industry conference. With hundreds of industry leaders attending the 3-day event we open the doors FOR FREE JUST ON JUNE 12 and you are invited (at least until 3 PM).
What is the timing for the free day?
We open the doors on June 12 at 7:30 AM. Workshops will run continuously from 8 AM until about 2:30 PM. The exhibit hall opens at 8 AM. The free day ends at 3 PM.
Can I really just come for an hour? Of course. Come for an hour – or longer. It’s all up to you.
Can I attend the full Medicare Supplement conference?
Of course but you must pay and register. If you are an agent, we do offer some discounted scholarships. Call and speak with Jesse Slome to see if any are still available (818-597-3205).
Is any food served?
No. It’s a free day. But there are places in the hotel where you can grab a quick snack or meal.
Parking Discount Vouchers Will Save You 15%
Parking at the hotel costs $10 but several exhibitors will offer 15% off vouchers. Pick up a program when you arrive. It will tell you which exhibit booth to go to.
Driving – Parking Directions
The parking garage is on 9th Street. Click this link to access the 2-page driving directions & map.
Can I Invite Others To Attend?
Of course. But we ask that they register online so we’ll have enough seats and enough printed programs. Thank you.
We film sessions and make them available online. It’s the next best thing to being present. You will see the speaker and their presentations simultaneously.
