Medicare Supplement Insurance Agency Directory Launched
Find a Medicare insurance agency via the national directory of Medicare insurance agencies just launched by the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance.
“Increasing inquiries from insurance agents seeking to sell various Medicare insurance solutions prompted the creation of the directory,” explained Jesse Slome, director of the American Association for Medicare Supplement Insurance (AAMSI). “There was a need for a single resource where agents could find and connect with field marketing organizations and general agencies that support, train and appoint agents.”
The Association is hosting the directory on it’s website where access is available to all insurance professionals at no charge. “Our growing organization does not have a dues-paying membership,” Slome noted. The Association produces the national Medigap industry conference as well as maintains a national online directory of agents who market Medicare Supplement insurance along with other agent-oriented benefits including low-cost Errors and Omissions insurance.
“We are pleased to support the many Medicare agencies who seek to add to the number of agents and brokers they work with,” Slome explained. “The Association’s website serves as a portal for information for both agents and consumers and the number of visitors has been steadily increasing.”

Access the Agency Directory page by clicking the live link. On that page you can also access the pricing for a listing for your agency. The no-cost option is available for agencies that promote the Association’s Find A Local Agent directory listing program and secure a specific number of agents who add their listing. While the Association is not able to guarantee that agents who are listed on the directory will be contacted by prospects, during 2018’s Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, website traffic increased significantly.
