About
Choosing Medicare is one of the most important healthcare decisions you’ll make. It can also be one of the most confusing. My mission is to simplify the process by providing personalized guidance, honest advice, and compassionate support so you can make confident decisions about your healthcare coverage.
I founded my agency because I believe every Medicare beneficiary deserves an advocate who takes the time to listen, educate, and truly understand their individual needs. Every recommendation I make is based on what is best for you—not what is best for an insurance company.
My approach is deeply personal. I have experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating our healthcare system. My own health journey has taught me the importance of having someone who listens, explains complicated information clearly, and stands beside you when healthcare decisions become overwhelming. That lived experience has shaped the way I serve every client—with empathy, patience, and genuine compassion.
My family is at the center of everything I do. I have two young adult children who I am very proud of; my son, Jack, age 23, just graduated from UW-Madison with degrees in both Data Science and Economics and is working in Chicago as a trader for Northern Trust. My daughter, Kate, is 21 years old and senior at Marquette University and is studying mechanical engineering. Both of my children work in my business. In my free time, I enjoy time on the water; kayaking, swimming, boating, hiking, book club, reading and time with friends.
Serving others extends well beyond my insurance practice. I proudly serve on a mayor-appointed committee that works to improve the lives of older adults and individuals with disabilities in my community. Through this work, I help advocate for programs, services, and initiatives that allow people to remain independent and informed. I also mentor other Medicare agents to ensure that others are successful too.
I am also active at the national level through United2Fight Paralysis (U2FP), where I collaborate with researchers, clinicians, and patient advocates working to improve the lives of people living with spinal cord injuries. In addition, I serve as a consultant to two scientific research laboratories in Kentucky developing innovative treatments for spinal cord injury. Being able to contribute my lived experience to help shape future therapies is both an honor and a responsibility I take seriously.
Before entering the Medicare field, I enjoyed a successful career as a Human Resources Manager, where I specialized in employee benefits and helping employees understand complex healthcare and retirement decisions. I hold a bachelor’s degree, and my HR experience has given me a unique ability to explain Medicare in a straightforward, easy-to-understand way. These life experiences have strengthened my commitment to treating every client with the same respect, honesty, and care that I would want for my own family.
I have been recognized with the WPS Medicare state Sales Excellence Award for four consecutive years, including earning the 2025 state Sales Excellence Award, a recognition reserved for top-performing advisors. While I am proud of these awards, I consider the trust my clients place in me to be my greatest accomplishment.
When you work with me, you’re not just getting a Medicare advisor—you are gaining a trusted advocate who is committed to helping you navigate Medicare with compassion, knowledge, and integrity. Give us a call for a free, no obligation meeting. My services are always no cost to you.
